USP-1345 Large Capacity Solid Panel Press
The Ulubatlı Makina USP-1345 is the most powerful solution for large-dimension solid panel production with its 1300 x 4500 mm extra-long working area and 200-ton pressure capacity. Controlled heating from room temperature to 80°C works compatibly with all wood adhesives.
Designed for Large-Scale Projects
The 4500 mm working length enables production at dimensions standard presses cannot reach, ideal for long countertop slabs, wide tabletops, and large panel production. The 200-ton high clamping force ensures complete bonding even on thick solid panels. Precise pressure control allows optimum bonding pressure adjustment for different wood species.
How does it differ from the standard solid panel press?
The USP-1345 offers 1500 mm longer working area and 50 tons more pressure capacity than the USP-1330. Preferred for custom production projects such as long dining tables, bar counters, conference tables, and large decorative panels.
Where is 4500 mm length required?
Required for products exceeding standard press length capacity such as long dining tables, conference tables, bar counters, staircase tread panels, and large decorative wall panels. The 200-ton pressure ensures complete bonding force even on thick solid panels.
Which adhesives can be used?
Compatible with PVA (white glue), D3/D4 water-resistant adhesives, urea formaldehyde, and epoxy-based adhesives. Controlled heating from room temperature to 80°C adapts to curing conditions of different adhesive types.
