The Ulubatlı Makina UTS-1300 provides uniform glue distribution on panel surfaces with its 1300 mm working width. Adjustable glue thickness from 0.1-0.5 mm prevents material waste while achieving optimum bonding strength. Spreading speed of 10-30 m/min adapts to high-capacity production lines.

The 50-liter glue tank ensures uninterrupted operation during extended production cycles. The easy cleaning system allows rapid glue changeover. Combined inline with cold press and hot press machines, it forms the first step of a fully automatic lamination line.
Which glue types does it work with?
Compatible with PVA (polyvinyl acetate), urea formaldehyde, D3/D4 water-based adhesives, and hot-melt adhesives. Used in furniture panel, door leaf, decorative laminate, and coating applications.
How is glue thickness adjusted?
Precisely adjustable glue thickness from 0.1-0.5 mm can be optimized for different materials and adhesive types. Use 0.1-0.2 mm for thin coating operations, 0.3-0.5 mm for thick panel joining. Adjustable glue amount minimizes material waste, providing cost savings.
