3D Coating with Vacuum Press Machine
The Ulubatlı Makina Vacuum Press provides excellent coating quality on flat and curved surfaces with its 1300 x 2500 mm working area and 0.1 mbar vacuum power. The silicone membrane system applies PVC foil, laminate, and natural coating materials to three-dimensional surfaces across a 0-100°C temperature range.
Flawless Results on Curved Surfaces
The powerful vacuum system seats the membrane fully into every corner and edge of the workpiece, preventing bubble and wrinkle formation. The infrared heating system rapidly softens the coating material for easy conforming to 3D forms. Achieve professional coating results on kitchen cabinet doors, furniture profiles, and decorative panels.
What surfaces can it coat?
Can coat virtually any geometry including flat panels, curved profiles, routed surfaces, edge banding, and 3D formed parts. Applies PVC foil, acrylic laminate, natural veneer, and decorative film onto MDF, chipboard, solid wood, and various substrates.
What is the difference between vacuum press and membrane press?
Vacuum press and membrane press fundamentally work on the same principle: vacuum pressure seats the membrane onto the workpiece for coating. Vacuum press is a broader term that can be manufactured in various configurations with different membrane types and heating methods. The 0.1 mbar vacuum power ensures complete adhesion even on the most complex 3D forms.
What is the advantage of silicone membrane?
The silicone membrane provides excellent conformity to curved profiles with its high-temperature resistant and flexible structure. It maintains its form without degradation across the 0-100°C temperature range and offers long service life.
