Banding and edge processing units
Twin-cutter pre-milling machines the panel edge before bonding. The heating lamp, EVA gluing unit and four-roller pressure group make up the band bonding section. A flat scraping unit is included alongside the edge scraping unit. The flat scraping group removes excess adhesive from the edge surface. Cleaning and buffing groups complete the processing sequence.
