Ulubatlı PRO5000 is an edge banding machine that combines bonding the band to the panel edge and trimming the excess band in one machine. The pre-milling unit machines the panel edge before banding; the EVA gluing unit and four-roller pressure group bond the band to the panel edge.
Processing sequence from pre-milling to buffing
Twin-cutter pre-milling and the infrared heating lamp are followed by gluing and pressing. The end trimming unit cuts the excess band at both ends of the panel. The fine trimming and edge scraping units finish the band edges. Cleaning and buffing units are also included in the machine's equipment.
PRO5000 is equipped for use with EVA adhesive. Specify the adhesive and edge band you use when requesting a quotation.
Panel and edge band limits
Panel thickness ranges from 9–55 mm and edge band thickness from 0,4–2 mm. Panels must be at least 45 mm wide and 100 mm long. If you regularly process narrow and short parts, compare these minimum dimensions with your parts list; consider more than just the dimensions of your largest parts.
Controls and workshop layout
The touchscreen offers Turkish, English and Chinese language options. The machine has an electric lifting system and a belt unit. Its overall dimensions are 5500 × 880 × 1850 mm and its weight is 2100 kg. There are four 100 mm dust extraction connections.
